We offer free standard shipping for orders over HK $3000.
- Standard Shipping
HK $250 for each order in any amount.
MODEMENT offers air shipping worldwide on orders placed on modement.hk. Your order may be delivered to you either by the local postal service or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. Your signature will be required upon delivery.
If you or someone on your behalf is not able to sign for the delivery, the carrier will leave a notice card to arrange a re-delivery at a suitable time.
- Express Shipping
If you need the products urgently, please contact us by email (SHOP@MODEMENT.HK). We could help you change delivery method. DHL or other express companies will deliver your order. The delivery charge for each order will not be the same, depends on the size or weight of your order. The cost for each delivery will be paid by you. We will send shipping information to you after each delivery attempt to advise you what you can do to arrange the receipt of your package. Your signature will be required upon delivery.
MODEMENT exercises the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders and will endeavor to deliver your order in accordance with your selected delivery option.
MODEMENT will endeavors to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed. We aim to deliver within 10-15 business days following confirmation of an order. Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. In the unlikely event the delivery time exceeds 40 days, you may cancel your order.
Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details.
If your order does not arrive by the scheduled date, please contact MODEMENT Customer Service via email (SHOP@MODEMENT.HK).
Returns & Replacements
- We accept returns but not exchanges.
1.Returns must be in their original condition.
2.Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
1) Products that are washed, used or damaged by personal usage;
2) Original labels, price tags or packaging are missing;
3) Gift with purchase or accessories that came together with the products are missing;
4) Gift with purchase has no quality issue;
5) Exceeded the return time period.
3. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning products.
- Returned items regarding quality issues
- If for any reason you decide the items you have received are not right for you, they can certainly make a return for a full refund (exchange is not available). Items must be returned within a certain period (14 days for full-price items) of the shipment delivered (as determined by the date of signature on the successful delivery). Please refer below for more information if you need to make a return:
- Any returns due to the following reasons cannot be treated as quality issue returns and will be processed as regular returns. Thank you for your understanding.
- a) There may be color differences between photos and the actual item due to lighting, color display or personal understanding of colors. The above situations are not considered as a quality issue.
- b) Standard size chart/product measurement is offered on the product page for your reference; differences might occur as products are measured manually, from different production batches or due to different measuring methods.
- c) Please check the products upon receipt and try them on. Please submit your return request in a timely manner. Items with quality issues reported after 14 days will not be accepted.
- d) Some products are processed with special techniques or with vintage or destroyed design and are not considered as quality issues.
- e) Colors on some products may fade or be slightly out of shape after wash due to special technique or fabric used. This is considered as normal in quality control so we cannot process it as quality issue; some detergent or improper washing may also lead to such result. Please follow the care instructions.

- 2) Merchandise purchased on this site cannot be returned at MODEMENT store and vice versa.
- 3) Only one return can be processed for each order. Merchandises sold, as a set cannot be returned separately.
- 4) Please input valid delivery information while submitting return request to ensure your case is handled in a timely manner.
